Over the years I have gained great experience in the integrated management of safety, both as an HSE Manager and as a Safety Coordinator, putting my professional skills into practice on construction sites of considerable importance in terms of the complexity of the works, the size of the interventions and the value of the works. Safety has become the central theme of my work, on sites of many different types, from new-build industrial structures and major structural reinforcement of historic buildings, to urbanisation and street furniture works, through to the refurbishment of office buildings and the restoration of historic architectural complexes. I am firmly convinced that much can be achieved in this sector by taking care to involve everyone on site in a process of continuous training.
My proactive approach and technical skills allow me to offer targeted advice and effective solutions that ensure regulatory compliance and safety in the workplace. I trained and work in a variety of settings — construction sites, industrial plants, installations — and I have been working with the company since 2021. I bring flexibility towards the client and rigour towards the contractors, in order to successfully manage every contract.
My approach to safety is practical, proactive and focused on prevention: safety is not a bureaucratic obligation, but a value that protects people and improves the quality of work. By engaging constantly with everyone involved in the project, I identify real critical issues and overcome them together, building trust and collaboration. I followed complex projects from 2024 to 2025, effectively coordinating construction site activities and training.
Prevention means knowing how to observe details in order to anticipate risks. Thanks to a path focused on the fundamentals of safety and risk analysis, I tackle HSE challenges with an analytical, problem-solving approach. Every day I support site supervision, the checking of company safety documentation and the implementation of prevention plans. I firmly believe that a safe and efficient working environment comes from combining technical rigour, planning and effective communication with the team.
I coordinate HSE activities on construction sites, ensuring that every phase complies with company standards and legal requirements. My goal is to promote a culture of prevention based on awareness, training and collaboration among all the parties involved. I work consistently to ensure safe, efficient workplaces geared towards continuous improvement.

I approach every task with initiative, versatility and a desire to keep learning and improving.
I believe that safety, before being associated with concepts such as "law", "obligation" and "burden", stems more simply from an objective awareness of the inherent risks to which workers, and not only workers, are exposed every day. Our work therefore consists as much of compliance checks as of spreading what I like to call a "safety culture", which is achieved through constructive dialogue among all the parties involved.
I am a student of Building Engineering and Architecture and I am excited to begin my professional career in a stimulating environment such as 0203 Engineering, where I have the opportunity to learn from the best. Although my experience is still at the beginning, I am deeply motivated to contribute to the safety and quality of projects and I am ready to put my knowledge into practice on real construction sites and projects. Every day is an opportunity to grow and I am determined to develop my skills in the field.
Architect, freelance professional, from Rome. There is a need for different stimuli, for every place that is the subject of an intervention. Creativity, the ability to imagine spaces, the determination to design the future. I want to show that whenever safety design is born and developed in continuous collaboration with architectural design, effectiveness on site increases considerably, in terms of risk awareness and prevention. Taking this as a given, even if it still needs to be consolidated and spread, the contribution I now wish to make is intended to be an added value to safety work on construction sites, focusing on methodology and on creative and innovative tools that go beyond the minimum legal requirement. A new way of perceiving, and of making others perceive, the construction site, which draws on the active contribution of the worker, is entirely economically sustainable because it makes the fullest use of communication tools so that the message on site is clear, never routine and truly stimulating. Safety is the highest form of care we can have for ourselves and for those who work alongside us. In my work as an HSE and CSE Assistant, I try to bring this principle to the field through attention, listening, dialogue and prevention. My goal is to create the conditions for every person to work with awareness, feel protected and go home every evening with the same smile.
Site experience has allowed me, from the very beginning, to immediately put into practice what I have studied and to engage with the real dynamics of work, learning something new every day. I deal with safety matters and quality management checks, paying attention both to site personnel and to the work carried out. Daily exposure to different situations leads me to analyse critical issues and look for concrete solutions, contributing to the proper running of activities. Every construction site has its own characteristics, works and organisation, but all share the goal of protecting people and guaranteeing the quality of the work. It is precisely this variety that makes my work dynamic and continually offers me new opportunities for exchange and growth.
She has developed solid expertise in ADR consulting, environmental management and occupational safety, working as an Environmental Expert, with particular attention to correct waste management and regulatory compliance, including the RENTRI traceability system. She works as a trainer in occupational safety under Legislative Decree 81/2008, supporting companies and healthcare facilities in developing staff skills and in regulatory compliance. She offers specialist advice on the management and disposal of hazardous waste, with particular reference to waste produced by temporary and mobile construction sites. Her approach combines environmental, organisational and safety expertise to provide practical solutions that enable companies to operate safely, reduce risks and improve operational efficiency.
